KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CASH DIVIDEND TO BE PAID BY DEEP VALUE DRILLER AS

Oslo, 24 June 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep Value
Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board of
directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 1.50 per
share, in total approximately NOK 130 million.

The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 1.50 per share
Announced currency: NOK
Last day including right: 25 June 2024
Ex-date: 26 June 2024
Record date: 27 June 2024
Payment date: On or about 1 July 2024
Date of approval: 24 June 2024

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid in capital by the
shareholders of DVD.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the
Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book Part II.
