Hawk Infinity Software AS: Approval and publication of bond prospectus

On 03 October 2023, Hawk Infinity Software AS issued a senior secured bond with
a maximum issue
amount of NOK 1,500,000,000 (2023/2028 ISIN NO 0013 023226). Outstanding amount
is NOK
1,250,000,000.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of the bond
on Oslo Stock
Exchange (the “Prospectus”), which was approved by the Financial Supervisory
Authority of Norway on
17 June 2024.
