Disclosure of large shareholdings

Stobor Invest AS has today sold 1,000,000 shares in Techstep ASA and thereby
crossing below the 10% flagging threshold. After the transaction, Stobor Invest
holds 2,513,899 Techstep shares representing an ownership share of 7.9%.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements set out in section 4
-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
