Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by KMC Properties ASA
("KMC Properties") on 14 June 2024 regarding the combination of KMC Properties
and Logistea AB (publ) ("Logistea"), whereby Logistea will combine with KMC
Properties by acquiring all of the operations in the KMC Properties group
through payment in newly issued Logistea shares. To align the financial
reporting between KMC Properties and Logistea, KMC Properties has decided to
reschedule the publication of its Q2 interim report from 22 August 2024 to 12
July 2024.
