public sector frame agreements in Finland with a gross value of up to EUR 1.16
billion over three years.

Crayon has been delivering technology services to government clients under a
Hansel framework for 15 years. Hansel is the central procurement unit for the
Finnish public sector. Under the latest frame agreements, which are renewals,
Crayon will be the provider of Microsoft distribution and management services.

One of the frame agreements is valued at up to EUR 375 million and covers
municipalities and municipal corporations. The other agreement is valued at up
to EUR 793 million and covers government, higher education, welfare regions, and
other social and health care entities. Both agreements are for three years with
an option to renew for one year.

public sector and our strong capabilities that ensure we provide government
entities around the world with the technology and expertise that are critical to
their business,” said Crayon CEO Melissa Mulholland.

Crayon will provide cost optimization services, data security, privacy, software
