Share program for employees

Today, 20 June 2024, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has started the transfer of 403 023
own shares at price NOK 887.58 per share in conjunction with a share program for
employees. The shares are purchased in the market from 8. May 2024 to 13. June
2024 and the share price corresponds to the average purchase price adjusted for
dividends. The participants receive 25 % discount on the purchase price. The
discount from market price is subject to taxation. A total of 5 993 employees
participated in the program. The maximum number of shares per employee was 86.
There is a lock-in period of one year for the shares.
This notification and attached document provide an overview of primary insiders
and related parties who have purchased shares through the program.
