The Board of Directors of Lea bank ASA has on 20 June 2024 resolved to increase
the share capital in connection with reinvestment of the remuneration to the
board members. The capital increase will be made as a private placement of 68
256 shares with a nominal value of NOK 2.00 at a price of NOK 7,6 per share
(volume weighted average price January to May, minus dividends during the
period). As a result, the share capital will be increased by NOK 136 512 to NOK
191 034 776. The number of shares after the issue will be 95 517 388.
