Reference is made to today's stock exchange announcement regarding the capital
increase.

Chairman of the Board Rune Fjeldstad has subscribed for 27 401 shares. Following
the completion, Fjelstad's shareholding, including related parties, will be
55 763 shares.

Board member Borghild Holen has subscribed for 14 901 shares. Following the
completion, Holen's shareholding, including related parties, will be 21
290shares.

Board member Viggo Leisner, through Duo Jag AS, has subscribed for 13 355
shares. Following the completion, Leisner's shareholding, including related
parties, will be 71 352 shares.

Board member Kristin Krohn Devold has subscribed for 6 678 shares. Following the
completion, Devold's shareholding, including related parties, will be 10 404
shares.

Board member Torvald Kvamme has subscribed for 5 921 shares. Following the
completion, Kvamme's shareholding, including related parties, will be 5 921
shares.

The shares will be transferred upon payment of the subscribed amount and after
the capital increase is registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.
