KMC Properties ASA - Result of written resolution

Reference is made to the summons for a written resolution dated 14 June 2024 in
relation to KMC Properties ASA's existing bond issue with ISIN NO0012955105 and
to the related stock exchange notices published 14 June 2024. Nordic Trustee AS
has today informed KMC Properties ASA that a requisite majority of the
bondholder's have adopted the proposal as described in the summons.

As compensation, KMC Properties ASA will pay a one-time consent fee of 1.00% of
the face value of each bondholders' holdings as further described in the
summons. In addition, the call-option schedule will be increased by 0.50%
starting at the First Call Date until and including the Maturity Date. The Bonds
are repayable at 100.50% of the Nominal Amount on the Maturity Date.
