As announced on June 11th 2024, there will be an extraordinary general assembly
on June 25th 2024.

Further, as announced on May 31st 2024, the 2023 Annual Report is delayed and
will be available July 17th 2024. Consequently, the Annual General Meeting will
be held on July 31st 2024.
