Mandatory notification of trades

Rattern AS, a company closely associated with Sverre Hurum, has on the 17 June
2024, sold 10,000 shares at NOK 63.2861 per share. New holding is 112,500
shares. Sverre Hurum is a board member in Rattern AS. As a result of this
transaction, Sverre Hurum and direct and indirect relations hold 3,415,610
shares in Bouvet ASA.
