KMC Properties ASA - Key information relating to dividend in kind

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by KMC Properties ASA
(the "Company" or "KMC Properties") on 14 June 2024 regarding the proposed
combination of Company and Logistea AB (publ.) ("Logistea") (the "Transaction").
Following the completion of the Transaction, the Company will distribute shares
in Logistea as dividend in kind to the shareholders of the Company. Key
information related to the dividend in kind is set out below.
