Gigante Salmon AS: Ex potential subsequent offering today

Bodø, 14 June 2024:

Reference is made to the announcement by Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") on 13
June 2024 regarding a private placement of new shares, and that the Company is
considering conducting a subsequent share offering (the "Subsequent Offering")
with non-tradeable subscription rights for up to 4,615,384 new shares in the
Company.

The shares in the Company will be traded exclusive the right to participate in
the Subsequent Offering as from today, 14 June 2024.
