Xplora Technologies AS announces IoT Connectivity Service Offering

Oslo, 12 June 2024 – Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora") is pleased to announce a
new Premium Reseller agreement with Telenor Connexion, aimed at expanding
Xplora's IoT connectivity services across Europe and beyond. The agreement
enables Xplora to offer 4G connectivity under its own brand to 3rd party device
manufacturers and operators, allowing Xplora to scale its service revenue
independently of its device sales.

Under this agreement, Xplora will offer connectivity services to 3rd party IoT
devices throughout Europe, with potential global expansion. The European market
alone has an estimated 70-100 million 4G connected IoT devices, including smart
meters, agricultural sensors, connected vehicles, and wearables, and is expected
to grow significantly over the coming years.

This partnership, targeting a launch in Q3 2024, will enable Xplora to offer
Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions independently of its smartwatches. This
initiative is expected to broaden Xplora's service offerings and drive revenue
growth.
