(Nedre Vats, June 13, 2024) AutoStore Holdings Ltd (AutoStore: OSE:AUTO) is
pleased to invite institutional investors and analysts to AutoStore's Capital
Markets Day 2024 in Manchester, UK, on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

The event will take place at the campus of an AutoStore partner, THG PLC
(www.thg.com). Participants will have the opportunity to experience a full tour
of the largest multi-tenant high-throughput system which picks more than 65
million units per year. This will be followed by presentations held by several
members of AutoStore's management team.

We will serve breakfast and a lunch buffet, and invite participants to a
reception after the event.

It will also be possible to follow the presentations via a live webcast.
