Webstep ASA: Exercise window for share options

Oslo, 12 June 2024: With reference to the stock exchange announcement by Webstep
ASA (the "Company") of 18 November 2019, in which it was announced that Webstep
ASA granted employee share options as part of the Company's long-term incentive
programme ("LTIP").

The Company will conduct a window on 20 June 2024 in which the option holders
may exercise share options. The total amount of vested options is 729,786
options, of which 491,286 options are in the money as of 12 June 2024 and
exercisable for the option holders.
