PGS ASA - Notification of Major Holdings under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act

On 11 June 2024, Glazer Capital, LLC (the "Manager") acquired 51,398,096 shares
in PGS ASA (ticker PGS NO) (the "Company"), resulting in the Manager exceeding
above the 5% reportable threshold of the voting rights and share capital in the
Company.

Following the acquisition, Glazer Capital, LLC, together with and through its
management of its funds and managed accounts, none of which individually exceeds
the reporting threshold, controls a total of 53,652,684 shares and votes,
corresponding to 5.62% of the votes and shares outstanding.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 cf. section 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
