entered a new B2B sales agreement with the Norwegian branch of a leading
security service provider of alarm systems for families and small businesses.

Under this agreement, the security service provider will sell Xplora products
with Xplora connectivity and premium subscription plans as part of their home
security product offering. The territory for this agreement is Norway, with the
possibility of expanding to other markets.
