NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a maintenance contract in Sweden - SEK 304 million

The Swedish Transport Administration has appointed NRC Group Sverige AB, a
company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for the maintenance of
railways on Svealandsbanan.

The contract is valued at approximately SEK 304 million and will involve
preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. The work will commence in January
2025 and is scheduled for completion in January 2031, with an additional 1-year
option period.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal
contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
