XXL ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by XXL ASA on 7 June
2024 regarding the completion of a subsequent offering where 85,714,285 new
shares will be issued.

Ferd AS own 238,118,316 ordinary shares (Class A) in XXL, representing 12.17%
of the votes and 9.67% of the capital in the company following the issuance of
the 85,714,285 new shares and consequently cross the disclosure threshold of 10%
of the capital in XXL.
