Seadrill Limited - Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Seadrill Limited from trading on
Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.11.2 (3), Oslo Børs has made the
following resolution: “The shares in Seadrill Limited will be delisted from the
Oslo Stock Exchange as of 10 September 2024. The last day of listing will be 9
September 2024.”
