Nicosia, Cyprus - 7 June 2024 - Reference is made to Seabird Exploration Plc's
(the "Company") news release 23 February 2024 and the Company's extraordinary
general meeting held on 17 April 2024.

The approved cash distribution of NOK 0.25 per share will be distributed as a
repayment of paid in capital. The key dates related to the distribution are as
follows:

Last day including right: 7 June 2024
Ex-date: 10 June 2024
Record date: 11 June 2024
Payment date: 24 June 2024
