Norse Atlantic ASA: Recommendation of the Nomination Committee for the 2024 annual general meeting

Arendal, 7 June 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published on 24 May 2024 regarding the notice for the annual general meeting of
Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") to be held on 14 June 2024.

The Company's nomination committee has submitted its recommendation to the
annual general meeting. The recommendation includes proposals regarding election
of board members, remuneration of the members of the board, the audit committee
and the nomination committee.

The nomination committee's recommendation is enclosed hereto and will be made
available on the Company's website, https://corporate.flynorse.com/en

The board of directors of the Company has also proposed amending the proposal
for guidelines on remuneration for executive personnel and board of directors in
line with the nomination committee's proposal for board remuneration. The
amended guidelines to be considered by the annual general meeting will be made
