Reminder of last day of trading in Subscription Rights in Solstad Maritime Holding AS.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Solstad Offshore ASA
("SOFF") on 29 May 2024 regarding the offering of shares in Solstad Maritime
Holding AS (the "Offering").

Please note that the trading period for the subscription rights under the
Offering expires today, 6 June 2024, at 16:30 CEST (NOTC: SOFMART). After this,
any trading in subscription rights is suspended, and any person in possession of
subscription rights will have until 12 June 16:30 CEST 2024 to subscribe for
offer shares by exercising the subscription rights.

Subscription rights that are not sold before close of trading today, on 6 June
2024 at 16:30 hours (CEST) or not used to subscribe for shares in the Offering
before the expiry of the subscription period on 12 June at 16:30 hours (CEST)
will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.

Eligible investors are also reminded of SOFF's stock exchange announcement on 4
June 2024 regarding a possible offering by Solstad Shipholding AS to buy Solstad
Maritime Holding AS shares directed towards those who received 200 or less
subscription rights after completion of the Offering. Investors that wish to
make use of this offer will have to subscribe for shares in Solstad Maritime
Holding AS in accordance with the terms of the Offering.
