Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Cavendish Hydrogen ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Cavendish Hydrogen ASA to trading
on Oslo Børs.
The Company is granted an exemption from the requirement that the Issuer must
have existed for at least three years prior to the date of the application for
admission to trading, cf. Rulebook II for Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand section
3.1.3.2. Exemption is granted on the basis that the business has been carried
out for three years, but in other legal entities than the issuer applying for
admission to trading, as stated in Rulebook II for Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand
section 3.1.3.2 (3).
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
satisfies the admission requirements for Oslo Børs.
The CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than the 5.
August 2024
