Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the announcement published by Solstad Offshore ASA (the
"Company") on 29 May 2024 regarding the offering of shares (the "Offering") in
Solstad Maritime Holding AS ("SMH").

Fausken Invest AS, close associate of Company board member Frank Ove Reite, has
today exercised 356,509 subscription rights in the Offering, at the subscription
price of NOK 11.82 per share. The shares in SMH are linked to Company's shares,
cf. the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.

Following the completion of the Offering, Frank Ove Reite owns through Fausken
Invest AS 356,509 shares in the Company and 356,509 shares in SMH. In addition,
AMSC ASA owns 84,602,369 shares and 5,840,232 subscription rights in SMH and
Aker Capital AS owns 27,089,493 shares in the Company and 190,355,330 shares in
SMH.
