End of trading in Subscription Rights in Solstad Maritime Holding AS.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Solstad Offshore ASA
("SOFF") on 6 June 2024 regarding the last day of trading in the subscription
rights (NOTC: SOFMART) in Solstad Maritime Holding AS ("SMH").

Trading in the subscription rights has now concluded. Any person in possession
of subscription rights will have until 12 June 16:30 CEST 2024 to subscribe for
offer shares. Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for shares
before the expiry of the subscription period on 12 June at 16:30 hours (CEST)
will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
