AMSC ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the announcement published by Solstad Offshore ASA on 29
May 2024 regarding the offering of shares (the "Offering") in Solstad Maritime
Holding AS ("SMH").

Fausken Invest AS, close associate of Frank Ove Reite, board member in AMSC ASA
("AMSC"), has today exercised 356,509 subscription rights in the Offering, at
the subscription price of NOK 11.82 per share. The shares in SMH are linked to
AMSC's shares, cf. the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.

Following the completion of the Offering, Frank Ove Reite owns through Fausken
Invest AS 356,509 shares in SMH. In addition, AMSC ASA owns 84,602,369 shares
and 5,840,232 subscription rights in SMH. Aker Capital AS owns 13,701,416 shares
in AMSC and 190,355,330 shares in SMH. In addition, Aker Capital AS has a
financial exposure provided by two swap agreements to 22,155,088 underlying
shares in AMSC.
