Vegfinans Viken AS - Contemplating new NOK bond issuance

Vegfinans Viken AS has mandated DNB Markets as Lead Manager to explore the
possibility of issuing a NOK-denominated FRN and/or FXD bond issuance with a 4-5
year tenor with expected combined size 1bn. One tranche may be dropped, subject
to demand. The transaction is expected to be launched in the near future,
subject to market conditions.

The net proceeds will be used for financing the project E18 Lysaker -
Ramstadsletta. The contemplated bond issuance has an on demand guarantee
(selvskyldnergaranti) from Bærum municipality.
