Crayon awarded new contract with Oslo municipality

(Oslo, 5 June 2024) - Crayon Group Holding ASA (Crayon, OSE: CRAYN) today
announced it has won a new framework agreement with Oslo municipality with a
gross value up to NOK 1.3 billion over four years.
“This deal is a reflection of our commitment to helping the public sector
leverage the power of technology,” said Crayon CEO Melissa Mulholland. “The
municipality of Oslo has bold digital ambitions and we are excited to assist
with the purchase, review, and implementation of IT licenses, as well as be an
advisor to ensure an up-to-date software system at the lowest cost.”
The agreement covers the purchase of software, software management and
consulting.
