Bulk Infrastructure Group AS – Additional Equity Capitalisation – Totalling NOK 4 billion in 2024

Reference is made to Bulk Infrastructure Group’s release of 3 April 2024
regarding an equity capital raise in the amount of NOK 2.5 billion by way of a
private placement in its parent company Bulk Infrastructure Holding AS. The
private placement was subscribed for by an investment vehicle managed by BGO.
Bulk Infrastructure Group hereby announce an additional equity capitalisation in
its parent company Bulk Infrastructure Holding AS of NOK 1.5 billion by an
investment vehicle managed by BGO.
Bulk Infrastructure Group intends to invest over €1bn of new capex by 2026 to
grow its leading sustainable data centre platform in Europe.
