dividend announced by Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") on 30 May 2024.

Dividend amount: USD 0.25 per share

Dividend distribution: in NOK at 2,63062 per share

Last day including right: 3 June 2024

Ex-date: 4 June 2024

Record date: 5 June 2024

Payment date: on or about: 7 June 2024

Date of approval: 30 May 2024

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's
paid-in capital.
