Multiconsult acquires Sitepartner AS

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) has entered into an agreement to purchase 100 per
cent of the shares of the construction and project management consultancy
Sitepartner AS based in the city of Arendal, Norway. With the acquisition
Multiconsult is strengthening its position in the implementation phase of
construction and civil engineering, within energy, electrical grid, and railway
sectors.
Sitepartner AS is a well-managed company primarily operating in project and
construction management. The company was established in 2015 and has its
headquarters in Arendal. The company holds 12 employees, and currently with an
additional seven subconsultants, Sitepartner operates on projects throughout
Norway. Multiconsult and Sitepartner have a long history of successful project
collaboration based on trust and mutual respect. An example of ongoing project
collaborations is the frame agreements with Statnett.
For 2023 (2022), Sitepartner AS recorded operating revenues of NOK 28.0 million
(20.7), EBIT (No: driftsresultat) of NOK 2.5 million (0.5) and net profit (after
tax) of NOK 1.9 million (0.4). The consideration will be settled with cash.
The share purchase agreement between the companies was signed on 4 June 2024.
Sitepartner AS will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of
Multiconsult ASA for the time being.
