LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the "Company" and together with its
consolidated subsidiaries, the "Group") has completed a new round of its share
purchase program ("2024 ESPP") for employees and received orders for up to
137,557 shares in connection therewith.
Further, following the expiry of the vesting period for matching shares to the
ESPP shares subscribed in 2022 ("2022 ESPP") and in accordance with the plan’s
conditions, employees are entitled to up to 123,719 matching shares.
Based on the above, the board has resolved to allocate up to 137,557 shares
under the 2024 ESPP and up to 123,719 matching shares under the 2022 ESPP.
As permitted and in accordance with the terms under 2024 ESPP and 2022 ESPP, the
settlement of shares will be done by transfer of the Company's own shares from
the Company to the employees. Thus, no new shares will be issued in connection
with the above. The 2022 ESPP matching shares were resolved transferred free of
charge.
The following primary insider was allocated shares under 2024 ESPP and gained
the right to matching shares:
Morten Edvardsen, CFO of the Company, was allocated 4,781 shares to a purchase
price of NOK 16.73 per share.
The following primary insider was granted matching shares under 2022 ESPP:
Thomas Berge, CEO of the Company, was granted 2,870 matching shares free of
charge.
