Borgestad ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Borgestad ASA
(the "Company") on 3 June 2024 regarding the approval by the annual general
meeting of a share capital increase of NOK 9.75 through the issue of 39 new
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25, in connection with the resolved
share consolidation in the Company.

Kontrari AS has subscribed for 39 new shares in the Company in said share
capital increase. Kontrari AS is represented on the Company's board of directors
by Jan Erik Sivertsen.
