Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Clean Seas Seafood Limited (ASX: CSS, OSE: CSS) the global leader in full cycle
breeding, production and sale of Yellowtail Kingfish, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Gary Higgins as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective 3
June 2024.

Gary has had long career specialising in finance roles including 18 years as a
partner with Ernst & Young. Since leaving Ernst & Young in the early 2000s Gary
started his own advisory business and has established a significant client base
servicing their strategic requirements.

Along with Gary’s own practice he is the non-executive Chairman of Yumbah
Aquaculture Limited and a non-executive Director East 33 Limited. Both of these
entities specialise in aquaculture and this experience will be extremely
beneficial to the board of Clean Seas Limited.

Gary holds a Diploma of business (Accounting) and is a Member of Chartered
Accountants Australia and New Zealand proving him with the relevant skills
necessary to support the company.

Upon commencement with Clean Seas Limited as an independent non-executive
director Gary will also serve as Chair of the companies Audit and Risk
Committee.

Board of Clean Seas.”
