Oslo, 3 June 2024: Spir Group is making changes in the top management team with
a new CEO in Spir Group's subsidiary Boligmappa when former CEO transitions into
a new position as Chief of Strategy and M&A of Spir Group.
From the beginning of June, the CEO of Spir Group's subsidiary Boligmappa,
Erling Olaussen, will transition into a newly created role in the top management
team as Chief of Strategy and M&A. He will be in charge of Spir Group's
strategic direction and acquisitions moving forward.
"Through innovation and acquisitions, we will create growth. Spir Group has a
clear ambition to strenghten our position as a leader in the Nordic region
within property technology and digital solutions for public sector," says
Olaussen.
Olausson has extensive experience in the software industry, having served in
both Technology and Managing Director positions. He holds an MBA from NHH, and a
master's degree from BI in innovation and commercialization. He reports that
there are two key focus areas in the new position:
"We see great growth potential within artificial intelligence and value creation
of the data across Spir Group's four subsidiaries: Ambita, Boligmappa, Sikri,
and Metria," he states.
New CEO for Boligmappa
Raymond Vaaler-Hansen will fill the vacant CEO position at Boligmappa and will
join the top management team from mid-August. As the Boligmappas's new CEO,
Vaaler-Hansen brings a clear commercial profile and extensive experience in the
technology industry from heavyweights like IBM, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
"Boligmappa is an innovative and exciting company, and an important player in a
rather traditional industry. I have always enjoyed working at the intersection
of technology and business, focusing on helping customers with digitalization
and cloud technology. I look forward to getting to know the people at Boligmappa
and Spir Group, and collaborating across the companies," he says.
"Spir Group has significant growth ambitions, and we will work hard to
accelerate the pace of digitalization in the public sector and the property
industry. I look forward to seeing Erling in corporate management and Raymond at
Boligmappa drive further growth for Spir Group," says Lomsdalen.
