Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd

Oslo Børs has decided to admit Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. to trading on
Euronext Growth Oslo. The company is granted an exemption from Euronext Growth
Rulebook I section 3.1.13 as the company has been incorporated in 2024. It is
stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies the
admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The first date of trading on
Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to take place on 5. June 2024.
