Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
wishes to notify the market of the following:

As of 31 May 2024, the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 739,751,355
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights.
No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in
the Company as of 31 May 2024 is therefore 739,751,355.

The increase is due to the routine exercise of options by current and former
employees of the Company.

The above figure (739,751,355 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
Company.
