At the shareholders’ meeting held on May 31, 2024, MEMSCAP’s shareholders approved with a very large majority all meeting resolutions.

Shareholders present at the meeting, voting by proxy or by post represented 2,032,784 voting shares (26.39% of the total number of voting shares) and 2,688,189 voting rights (31.91% of the total number of voting rights).
