Frøy Kapital AS has today acquired 3 277 233 shares in Måsøval AS. CEO of Frøy
Kapital AS, Roger Granheim, is a board member and a primary insider of Måsøval
AS.

After the transaction Frøy Kapital AS and its parent company, Gåsø
Næringsutvikling AS, own 9 394 269 shares in Måsøval AS, totalling 7,67 percent
of outstanding shares.
