Bergen, May 31th, 2024: Beerenberg signs frame agreement with Yara Norge AS for
scaffolding services.
The new frame agreement is categorized as a sizeable (1) contract and has a firm
duration of five years with potential for further extensions.
Beerenberg looks forward to continue to provide such services to Yara Norge in
the Grenland region.
Arild Apelthun, CEO at Beerenberg said:
“We are very happy to extend our good cooperation with Yara at Herøya and
continue to develop our business in this leading industrial cluster.”
(1) A sizeable contract is defined to be between NOK 50 million and NOK 100
million.
(2) A substantial contract is between NOK 100 million and NOK 200 million.
(3) A large contract is over NOK 200 million.
