The board of directors of Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") has today
resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of USD 0.25 per share. The
resolution has been made by use of the authorisation granted by the Company's
annual general meeting on 22 May 2024.

Dividend amount: USD 0.25 per share

Announced currency: USD. The distribution will be made in NOK

Last day including right: 3 June 2024

Ex-date: 4 June 2024

Record date: 5 June 2024

Payment date: on or about 7 June 2024

Date of approval: 30 May 2024

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's
paid-in capital.
