Energeia AS, a company closely related to Viktor E Jakobsen, Chair of EAM Solar
ASA (the "Company"), has on the 30th of May 2024 sold 45 778 shares in the
Company at a price of NOK 10.9939 per share (the "Transaction"). Following the
Transaction, Energeia AS holds 327 788 shares, representing 4.784% of the
outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA.
