Energeia AS, has on the 30th of May 2024 sold 45 778 shares in EAM Solar ASA.
Following the Transaction, Energeia AS holds 327 788 shares, representing 4.784%
of the outstanding shares in EAM Solar ASA. Prior to the transaction Energeia AS
held 5.452% of the outstanding shares, and has with this transaction reached the
notifiable threshold of 5%.
