Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Ex-Date for Reverse Share Split and Change of ISIN Today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Atlantic Sapphire
ASA ("Atlantic Sapphire" or the "Company") on 3 May and 28 May 2024 regarding,
respectively, the reverse share split (key information) and the change of the
Company's ISIN.

Key information for the reverse share split is set out in the stock exchange
announcement from 3 May 2024, including today's date as the Ex-date for the
reverse share split (10 old shares now constitute 1 new share). The shares in
Atlantic Sapphire will be traded with the new ISIN from today 30 May 2024.
