Oslo, 29 May 2024: The annual general meeting (“AGM”) of PetroNor E&P ASA (OSE
ticker: PNOR, the “Company”) was held today, 29 May 2024. All resolutions
proposed to the AGM were adopted.

Joseph Kamal Iskander Mina was elected as chair of the board, and board members
Ingvil Smines Tybring-Gjedde, Jarle Norman-Hansen, Azza Samir Fawzi and Gro
Kielland were re-elected.
