Multiconsult acquires Petter J. Rasmussen AS

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) has entered into an agreement to purchase 100 per
cent of the shares of the consulting engineering and architecture company Petter
J. Rasmussen AS based in the city of Haugesund, Norway. With the acquisition and
a new office in Haugesund, Multiconsult strengthens its capability and market
position in an interesting geographical area.
Petter J. Rasmussen AS has 15 employees with expertise in construction
engineering, project administration, and architecture. The company has a strong
reputation and a solid market position in both the private and public sectors,
and it will strengthen Multiconsult's position in the building and industrial
markets.
For 2023 (2022), Petter J. Rasmussen AS recorded operating revenues of NOK 27.4
million (23.2), EBIT (No: driftsresultat) of NOK 3.6 million (3.6) and net
profit (after tax) of NOK 2.9 million (2.8). The consideration will be settled
with cash.
The share purchase agreement between the companies was signed on 29 May 2024.
Petter J. Rasmussen AS will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of
Multiconsult ASA for the time being.
