Stavanger, 29 May 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Huddlestock Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") on 29 May
2024 announcing the completion of a private placement of convertible debt,
raising gross proceeds of NOK 12,500,000 (the "Private Placement") and a
potential subsequent offering directed towards eligible shareholders, which,
subject to the same conditions as in the Convertibles issued in the Private
Placement, at conversion represents rights to subscribe for new shares (the
"Subsequent Offering").

The shares in Huddlestock will be traded exclusive the right to participate in
the Subsequent Offering (if resolved) as from today, 29 May 2024.
