Oslo, 28 May 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by XXL ASA (the "Company") on 24 May 2024, regarding the commencement
of the subscription period in the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent
Offering"). As part of this process, subscription rights have been allocated to
primary insiders and their close associates. In addition, the Company has been
informed that certain primary insiders and close associates to primary insiders
have exercised their subscription rights and subscribed for new shares.
